tillen 3 - lifting 3
Starting point:
On the floor is a central-heating pipe, lengthened till 15 metres with a diameter of Ø 26 millimetres. I am standing at one end of it.
Performance:
I bend down and seize the end of the pipe with both hands. I now start lifting the pipe from the ground while slowly moving sideways in the direction of the other end and at the same time lifting it higher towards the middle.
This proceeds until I am in the middle holding the pipe with my arms outstretched above me. The ends of the pipes are now loose from the ground moving heavily because of the movements of my body that gets heavier by the movements of the pipes. My body is correcting the balance of the pipe and I can just hold the ends from the ground.
From this point the movement continues in opposite way towards the other end of the pipe.
