vormveranderingen/changes of shape
Starting from an upright standing position, I perform greatly slowed down, symmetrical cycles of movement, that in form and duration are taken to extremes and which temporarily change the shape of my body.
In each cycle two elements of the body move parallel to each other.
- I raise myself up until I am standing on the balls of my feet and parallel to this I lift up my shoulders as far as I can.
From this position I perform the movements in reverse until I have resumed the starting position.
- I bend arms and legs simultaneously in a gradual and parallel movement until upper and lower legs and upper and lower arms touch.
From this position I perform the movements in reverse until I have resumed the starting position.
- I pull my shoulders back and parallel to this I tilt my head back until I am looking straight upwards and my shoulder blades are touching each other.
From this position I perform the movements in reverse until I have resumed the starting position.
- I bend my upper body forwards with my hips as pivoting point while the position of my head and arms in relation to my upper body remains unchanged.
From the furthest position of the bow I perform the movements in reverse until I have resumed the starting position.
